The Voiceover Social Paris 2026: Join us on September 26th, for the second edition!

Last year, we thought we were organizing “a nice little meetup” for voice actors in Paris. What actually happened was something much bigger.

People travelled in from different cities and countries! Conversations lasted for hours, friendships were created, industry advice was shared over pizza and cocktails, and if we're being honest…nobody really wanted to go home.

So naturally… we’re doing it again. We cannot wait!

The second edition of The VO Social Paris is officially happening on Saturday, September 26th, 2026 at La Felicità in Paris, starting at 2 PM until… well… we don’t know when.

And for those arriving a little earlier or those in Paris who can make it, we'll also be gathering for an informal pre-VO Social meetup on Friday, September 25th in the evening, at the very same location.

If you work in voice over, dubbing, audio production, casting, directing, sound engineering, podcasting, content creation, or you simply love this wonderfully weird industry, this event is for you.

What Is The Voiceover Social Paris 2026?

The VO Social Paris is a French chapter of The Voiceover Social community originally founded in Manchester, UK in 2015 by voice actors Nic Redman and Leah Marks. What began as a simple local meetup for voice actors quickly grew into a thriving international community, podcast, and network of events bringing together voice professionals across the UK and beyond.

In 2024, the VO Social entered a new chapter when Rob Bee and Helen Bee from B Double E took over the reins, continuing to grow the community with the same spirit of openness, creativity, and support that made it so special in the first place.

And incredibly, Rob and Helen have just won their 4th One Voice Award for Voiceover Service Provider of the Year, a reflection of the passion, generosity, and community spirit they continue to bring to the industry. Bravo to you both!

Voice actor and coach Estelle Hubert also shared her experience of the day in a wonderful article here, highlighting the atmosphere, conversations, and connections that made the event so special.

Together, these articles tell the story of how a simple idea became a growing international voiceover community event in Paris.

A Full Weekend of The VO Social Paris 2026 Fun

This year, we’re making it even more special for those travelling in from outside Paris.

Friday, September 25th – Informal Pre-Meetup Evening

For everyone arriving early, we’ll already be gathering Friday evening at La Felicità for drinks, food, and pre-social chaos.

And yes, Estelle Hubert, don’t worry, we will shine with Friday night’s dress code, which is, Glitter is not optional.

Sequins are strongly encouraged. Sparkle responsibly. ✨✨✨

Saturday, September 26th – The Main Event

The official Voiceover Social Paris 2026 meetup starts at 2 PM on Saturday, September 26th.

We’ll spend the afternoon and evening talking shop, meeting new people, reconnecting with familiar faces, sharing stories, laughing far too loudly, and probably staying much later than originally planned.

Dress Code Theme for Saturday?

YES! The Voiceover Social Colors, Orange 🧡, green💚, or yellow💛!

And if you want to add sparkle too? Absolutely acceptable. Even encouraged! (Let’s shine all weekend shall we?) ✨✨✨

There are no strict rules here. The idea is simply to bring color, fun, and a bit of creativity to the weekend.

Why We’re Doing This Again

One of the most beautiful things about the first event was realizing how much people genuinely needed this kind of space.

Voice over can be an incredible career, but it can also be isolating. Many of us work alone from home studios all day long. We collaborate remotely across countries and time zones, often without ever meeting each other in person.

The VO Social Paris changes that.

It reminds us that behind every audition, every session, every corporate narration, every game character, and every commercial… there are real people.

And those people deserve connection too.

Coming to Paris From Another City?

We highly recommend booking accommodation early if you’re travelling in for the weekend, especially because September can be busy in Paris.

And honestly? The Friday evening meetup makes the full weekend experience even more fun.

Let’s Make This Even Bigger

Last year was magical.

This year, let’s make it unforgettable.

Bring your stories. Bring your questions. Bring your laughter. Bring your sparkle. Bring another voice actor who’s been hiding in their booth for too long.

And if you’re nervous about coming alone? Don’t worry. Half the room felt exactly the same way last year.

By the end of the night, nobody was sitting alone anymore.

See you in Paris. 🧡💚💛

Remember - It’s completely free to attend, just come along, grab a drink, and join the conversation. Food and drinks are at your own expense.

See you soon!

Thanks for reading… and hopefully we’ll see you in Paris!

Creating spaces where voice actors can connect, laugh, share stories, and simply spend time together in real life has become something incredibly important to me.

So whether you come for the networking, the conversations, the sequins, or the pizza… we can’t wait to welcome you to VO Social Paris 2026. 💛
